Facebook connection

I recently made a new account to get a free trial for spotify premium. (I had to make a new account because my school internet blocks facebook, rendering me unable to login) I thought that once I created my separate account, I could come home and have it follow my original, forgetting that I can't follow my starred playlist with other accounts. So, I was going to transfer my starred songs to a new playlist to put on my premium account, but when I try to login to facebook with my old account, it keeps sending me to my premium and I can not get to my starred songs.

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form, providing your Facebook email address they should be able to retrieve those tracks for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
