Familiar plan causing people to hear same music lol

Hi, I would like some help to fix a familiar plan misslogin I guess...

I have made the passwords available for my chosen ones and with one of them I am experiencing a funny problem. Sometimes the songs I play are being heard by this friend and sometimes I hear what she plays...

I don't know what happens since we login with different facebook accounts. Can anyone give us a solution, not really interested in the causes of it.

I have alredy tried to send her again the tokens Spotify liberates, but it didn't seem to work.

Welcome to the Community. 

Remember that with Premium for Family, you get six separate Premium accounts (you plus up to 5 family members) with one, discounted monthly subscription. In this case, we'd recommend confirming that you're not logged in to the same account. If both accounts are connected to Facebook, we'd suggest double-checking here if the 2 accounts are part of your Premium for Family plan. If they are not, you can add the account to the plan by following the steps here.
