Family plan payment options

I had Spotify premium which I paid through my mobile phone account. Once I changed to the family plan the payments started to come out of my PayPal account, I doesnt seem to
Let me change it back to paying via my phone bill so I am going to have to cancel my account unless there is another way? ( I need to it be paid via my phone bill as it is paid for by my business, rather than by me personally)

I need another way to pay for spotify family, aside from paypal and credit card, is there any other way? So that I can enjoy this family plan. :'(
