Family premium

About a week ago I signed up for family premium from having a premium account just for myself. It worked great for my husband and daughter but my own account disappeared. When I login it says I have a free account. I have already tried removing the app several times plus logging in and out about a hundred times but it doesn't work. What should I do??

It sounds like you need to contact support.
