Famly plan multiple countries

Hi all. I created my account in Spain a few years ago, but we are currently living in Chile. I suscribed a Premium Family plan, and when I try to create accounts for my kids, they are not allowed to be in the family plan because when creating the account it fixes the country to Chile. Any ideas?
