Free 1 month not working

I had my 1 week free. Then I joined and was to receive 1 month free then payment to come out of PayPal. Now that my week is over I lost my premium service and in account settings it tells me my premium service and payment will commenced in 1 month. What happened to my free month. I am stuck with the cappy Spotify where I cannot select songs and everything is random. Who do I contact to get my premium back?
