I signed up for a 6 month free trial for premium last month and have just been billed for the subscription.

Hey @monte44,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I sent the form in last night and received a reply today. (very quick)

It seems that the promo was for 1 month, not six....though I seem to recall the six months.

However thats what they tell me, so thanks for the reply...much appreciated
