He pagado 3 veces premium

He pagado 3 veces premium

Hola, he pagado 3 veces la suscripcion premium que han puesto de oferta a 0,99, pero en ninguno de los casos me sale el spotify premium, sino que me sigue saliendo el Free, y me da mucha rabia, ya que he realizado 3 pagos.

Si recibiste por email un recibo de pago, busca alli el nombre de usuario que debes usar para tener tu Premium.

 

Busca donde dice:

 

Nombre de usuario/ID:  xxxxxxx

Da logout y usa ese nombre de usuario para dar login.

 

Despues, entra a tu perfil del sitio web con ese nombre de usuario para ver tu status de suscripcion:

 
 

y checa tus recibos de pago aqui:

 
 
Si no recibiste correos de confirmacion, lo mas seguro es que el saldo solamente este congelado, es decir, que te sera devuelto al paso de un dia habil o dos.
 

En todo caso, ponte en contacto con servicio al cliente a traves de este link:

Mantente pendiente de la carpeta Spam, ya que muchas veces la respuestas llegan alli.

 

Si recibes la respuesta automatica, responde directamente a support@spotify.com y un agente de servicio al cliente se pondra en contacto.

 
Se tardan, como maximo, 24 hrs habiles en contestar.

I paid and I am not premium , they have stole from me

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

In any case, you should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
