How do I unsubscribe, please unsubscribe me from Spotify

Go to the spotify site and log in with your account then go to subscriptions or you can simply go to https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/ then you will see an option to unsubscribe below...

No unsubscribe comes up when I click on subscriptions, just a message wanting me to update to premium. I need to unsubscribe to Spark can activate my free premium plan I have with phone! Help!

Hey @Sanann!

Are you on a 7-day trial? If yes, there will be no "Cancel subscription" in the Subscription page. But it looks like you are on Free since you mentioned you are being asked to upgrade to Premium. This means you can now reach out to Spark to help you activate the free Premium plan they are offering for you (if that's what you meant).
