I can't cancel my subscription

I recently got a new phone and wasn't able to transfer all my information to my new one and I can't login to my old account and cancel my subscription is there any way I can do it?

The best way to delete your account, if you have no access to it, would be to use this online contact form to ask for your account to be deleted. Provide as much information as possible, to help the team identify you as the account owner. If you recieve a no-reply email, reply anyway, and you should recieve help as soon as possible.
