Keep getting charged and so frustrated!!

Keep getting charged and so frustrated!!

I cancelled my subscription months ago and I keep getting an email saying I'm being charged each month and I'm really frustrated cause there's no number to call or customer service email and I can't figure out how to make this stop. I log on and it says I have spotify free not premium so why am I being charged 12 bucks a month still??!!! Please make this stop and a refund would sure b nice this is so frustrating!

Hey @sarahcuzz,

 

Search for one of your purchase receipts in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
Seems like you're paying through iTunes, so you do need to check that your iTunes subscriptions Auto Renewal is off for Spotify.
