Listening on Multiple Devices with One Account

Listening on Multiple Devices with One Account

Greetings Spotify family!

I've signed up for a Family account so that we can listen to music on multiple devices using the same account. However, it appears that even with the family plan we can only listen on one device with our account.

We're not interested in signing up for multiple accounts, we just want to be able to listen on multiple devices with the one account we use.

Can anybody shed some light on this? Is this even possible? Seems like a silly restriction if we're willing to pay to listen in multiple places.

Thanks so much.

If you'd like to listen at the same time it is impossible, that's why they've invented Family account.

Once you play a song on your device being logged in on a specific account, another person logged on the same account will not be able to play his songs on his device.

Hope this helps!

She stated that she is already a member of the Family Plan.  So what is the solution to not being able to listen on multiple devices if you're already on the Family Plan?
