I would like to know how to cancel a premium payment without having to do it straight from my Spotify account as I can not log into it no matter what I do.

Hi there,

You can get in touch with Spotify directly through their Contact form and request for the cancellation of your subscription. 

Heads up: If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you need to contact that company to cancel. If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling.
