Logged in on safari to use premium family code now can't get into iOS app

Hi there
My sister has sent me a family premium which I have applied by logging in on safari no problem...
I am now trying to log in on the iOS app but it's saying it doesn't recognise my details no matter what I use - username or email address. When I go to reset my password it's saying I've logged in with facebook which isn't the case as on my online account overview it's not connected.
Please can you help?

It sounds like you have two accounts, one created with Facebook and another with username. Best thing to do here is to get in contact with our support team over at Twitter or Facebook at @SpotifyCares. They'll be able to help you with this.
