Lost email and password

Hi,

The email which I had created my account with is not longer active (student email) and the password which I thought to be correct is not working. I am trying to reset my password so I can go in and put my personal email on the account

Is there a way to solve this?

Hi there,

Just make sure to log in with your username (not your email address) and password if your Spotify account is not Facebook-created.

If you're still having trouble, you can get in touch with Spotify through their Contact form to request for the change of your email address registered on your account.

However, if your account is Facebook-created, you can change your password on the Facebook password recovery page.
