Moved to Premium for Family from Premium without notice.

I was not paying great attention to my payments and was surprised to see I have been moved from the $9.99 Premium to the $14.99 Premium for Family.  My wife does not even have the app on her iPhone.  There are no Spotify phone numbers so a contact form was just sent.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Barring some unknown reason this seems an egregious error.

I had once here in Brazil, turns out they answered me very fast via contact form (same day, submmited in the morning)
