My Account is Totally Messed Up

I used to have Spotify Premium and I was logged in with my Facebook. I cancelled and tried out Rdio for a while, but while I was on Rdio I started another account with my personal email so I could hear songs I could only find on Spotify.

I'm attempting to come back to Spotify, but I'm not able to access my old account with my Starred songs. I'm trying to log in with Facebook (like I was last time) but not only can I not see those songs, but none of my Facebook friends on Spotify are showing up on my Activity feed.

Please help! I'm really confused...my friend is also seeing that I'm listening to songs that I'm not listening to.

Hey @davidkaralis ! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to have a hunt in the spotify username database to find your old account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
