Not receiving a device password

Not receiving a device password

I'm trying to get a device password so I can use Spotify on my phone, however the email is not being sent. I've tried multiple times for the past couple days and I have not gotten the email sent to my yahoo email address. I've checked spam as well.

 

Please fix this or manually send me an email with a device password asap. Thanks.

Bump. I've also sent a message to support through the support form but have not received a reply there either.

I'm having the exact same issue! Please sort this out spotify before I take my new family subscription and head on over to iTunes!

Hey @georgespotiy @JaneRothschild,

 

Follow this to get your device password:

  1. Go to Facebook settings.
  2. Select Security.
  3. Select App Passwords
  4. Click Generate App Password
  5. Enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
  6. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you. You can use this with your Facebook email address to log in to Spotify on any device.
