Paid for premium but haven't got it

I have just updated from free to premium, I have paid but it hasn't updated?!!

Please help!

I cant find it anywhere... So i guess i have to do it all over agin. 

 

Hey, I've just updated my acc to the premium account. It has been charged on my credit card but I still cannot use the premium features. Please do look into this. Thank you. 🙂

I signed up for a month of premium TWICE now, new to this but so far it's been nothing but a pain in the ass. Finding a way to even get in contact with someone is nearly impossible as well. Pretty ridiculous.

If you are having getting your Premium, is your account showing as premium on your online overview?

 

If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application. 

 

If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

thanks but did not work, the second payment is I do and tells me I have 122 days "unlimited" or 61 days "premium" but he could not use any premium function

I would suggest getting in touch with the support team using the link in my post above and they will be able to double check your account for you.

@andi666asyado - Are you definitely logging in using the same details on your iPhone? Also check your online account to make sure you are on Premium not Unlimited:

I have had premium for almost 2 years.  I see that my payment posted as usual, but my subscription is saying I only have Free access.  Please help!

Does your account appear as Premium on the account overview page?

It might help if you logout/back in.

Im having trouble getting my 6 month free trial it won't let me redeem my free trial can anyone help me ?? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times to see if it would let me redeem my trial but nothing is working please someone help me with this problem

I have logged out and back in on all devices several times. It still says I am not a premium subscriber. This is very frustrating.

I've also uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times. It is definitely a problem with my account.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
