Paid for the subscription and I'm still on free

Paid for the subscription and I'm still on free

And before you ask, I have logged out and in again and even deleted the app and re-downloaded.

My subscription ran out a few days ago so I suffered a while before I went to Manage subscriptions in the iTunes app and selected 1 month. It was 14.99 and this has been taken out of my bank account. I go to my Spotify and of course it says its free. I go to Manage subscriptions again and for some reason it says my subscription starts on the 9 of October but it ALSO says it ends on that date. I've messed around a bit, but because my subscription apparently doesnt start for a whole nother month when I went to Subscriptions page on Spotify it said I was on a free account and such.

I honestly can not afford to have $15 dollars vanish into thin air and I do not have the patience to listen to Spotify FREE in the first place. Help !

Hey @chelsearushy,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you cannot purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes.

 

You can still purchase Premium on this page: https://spotify.com/premium
