Password reset to change email address

So, my email address with Spotify is way, way outdated.  I've been logging in with Facebook forever, and when I try to update it in the Spotify control panel it prompts me for a password...which I don't know.  When I go through the password change process, it emails my reset link....to the email address I haven't had in years.

So, I can't update my emial because I don't know my password.  I can't change my password because I don't have my email.  Any idea how to get out of this catch 22?

Are you sure you're account has a username? If you registered with Facebook, you won't be able to get a password - you have to use Facebook.

If you didn't register with Facebook, then use the Support Form to contact customer services who'll be able to reset your email and password 🙂
