I want my money back and delete my account.
So annoyed that you cant see whose not really using their spotify account.

I got charged $12.99
Not the best **bleep**ing thing to wake up too. No warnings of payments coming through.

I want my money back a cancel this subscription.

This is ridiculous.

It sounds like you've subscribed to Premium via iTunes so you should get in touch with them about checking if it's possible to issue a refund: https://getsupport.apple.com

Hi @Dommy42, if you signed up through PlayStation Music your subscription is being renewed through your SEN account wallet. This means that your subscription payments will be displayed on your credit or debit card statements as payments to PSN or PlayStation Network.

You will also find a record of subscription renewals in your SEN Transaction History, through which you can also cancel your subscription renewal up to 24 hours before the billing date.

 

You'll need to contact PlayStation Customer Support. Here's a link to the page: https://support.us.playstation.com/

Playstation not itunes so do the same thing?
