Premium Family Abroad

Hiiiiiii, 

So my sister lives in Portugal, I am from Berlin and am living in the Netherlands. My mom still lives in Berlin, so does my dad. I saw that all of us need to Reside at the same physical address as the main user in order to be applicable for the Premium Family account??

Any chance that this will be updated soon, doesn't seem to make much sense to me. Given the fact it is called Family account :S

Changing the adress/country also doens't work with a foreign bank card 😞

Any tips?

Unfortunately, they must reside at the same psyhical address as you. I do not know if this policy is going to be changed anytime soon, sorry.

Hi all,

With my gf we both leave together in France and as she paid her family spotify by luxembourg based bank account, it seems this is the reason why i can't join her family spotify... Any idea to solve this problem? If not we'll stop to pay for a service we don't get to go to Deezer! Thanks.
