Premium account but not able to use offline

I have a premium account. My settings say I have it and my receipts show that I have been paying for it, but I am not able to listen to or search music when I am not on wifi.

In order to listen to music offline, you must save all of the music you wish to listen to offline while you're connected to wifi, and that music will automatically download to your device. as far as searching for songs offline, the only songs you can search offline are the ones you have saved. hope this helped!

Thank you! I don't remember it always being like that. I use to be able to search for other music. Thank you for your help.
