Premium pin not working

I recently updated my phone plan to include Spotify Premium, and have received a pin code. However whenever I try to enter it, it says its invalid- have tried logging out/in again etc but no luck.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, just reply to that email.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hi @moya_byrne

Since you mention that your Premium is included in your phone plan, I think you need to get in touch with your phone provider, so they can apply the Premium on your account.

Please take note that your account should be on Free, so they will be able to apply the Premium included in your phone bundle.
