Prepaid Card

I have purchased a prepaid card.
When I use it, I get the error message that I can not use the pin code

Is the prepaid card you're trying to use from the same country registered in your account settings? If so, you should be able to redeem it here.

It is the code that you have to scratch, to find or do i enter the wrong code?

The code you need to enter is the one you scratch off on the back of the card. Can you let us know if you're getting a specific error message? A screenshot would be really helpful too.

We deleted the screenshot you've attached as it contained the PIN code for the card. We'll try to redeem the code on your account from our end, so just contact us via this contact form, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on our Facebook page so we can validate a few security details.
