Problem - Student Billing *Getting charged the full price.

I have had no notice of a new payment plan or any alterations and when I signed up for the student price of 4.99 there was no fine print of it only being offered for awhile, and It did work for awhile. Now I'm being charged the full price and I need this understood that I am a Student that can only pay the Student Price. I seriously need my money, and I need my music so this is a huge problem. 

Please please please contact me. It's been weeks and no response.

How long have you been subscribed for? After 12 months, you need to resubcribe using the student discount, and you can do this by going to the website linked in the Student discount section of your region's FAQ. Once you have done this, you can check how much you will be charged on your Subscriptions page.
