Problem signing up for family plan

I decided to get a family account for me and my sister, but after completing all my credit card info and clicking on the button to proceed, it kept updating the screen and nothing happened! After a while I decided to try it again and the same thing happened. This family plan costs R$22,35, but when I checked my credit card app, I had two R$10 debts, one for EC*SPOTIFY and the other for EBANX SPOTIFY. I still don't have my family account with my sister and I'm afraid to try again and get another R$10 debt. Help!

You can get in touch with Spotify through their Contact form so they can check on those charges, and help you grab the Premium for Family subscription.
