Solo para confirmar, ¿esto sucede con todas o algunas de las canciones en las playlists que tú has creado? De ser así, ¿podrías decirnos qué dispositivo, sistema operativo y versión de Spotify estás usando?
Si estás haciendo referencia a playlists como Descubrimiento Semanal, es normal que cada lunes se vuelvan a descargar para escuchar en Modo Offline. Esto ocurre porque las canciones se refrescan cada semana.

Tengo el mismo problema, cada vez que me desconecto del internet se borran todas mis cancion y playlist que tenia guardados y cuando vuelvo a conectarme a internet empieza adescargar las canciones de nuevo. De verdad es algo muy molestoso. ¡Ayudenme !
Yo tambien, y no es problema del dispositivo ya que me pasa tanto en android como en PC con la misma cuenta, de la nada se vuelven a descargar varias canciones desde 4 hasta 47 (en mi caso) a veces voy por la calle (sin internet) y cuando veo mis playlists algunas tienen el icono de descarga en gris lo cual me dice que estan incompletas, y cuando llego a casa se vuelven a descargar las canciones que faltaban pero esto pasa casi diario, y realmente es muy molesto, estoy pagando por escuchar mi musica favorita, no para que desaparezca cuando la quiero oir

Keep in mind that as @Alejandar mentioned, some playlists update frequently. This means that they will show up as downloading the next time you're online.
If this happens on a certain device and you've made sure to try the steps in the support site article above, we'd recommend performing a thorough reinstallation of the app on that device following these steps.
