Profile wont come up in search

Hi

I have started an account for my studio and want people to be able to access it however when you search my user name or even my keywords it says No profiles match this. How can I set it so that people are able to search and find my account/profile??

I am also having the same problem with my profile!!!  I also discovered when I went to my account that I have two different screennames for the same account.  It says one thing on my spotify page and when I go to my settings it says something else. I have trie searching both names and still nothing comes up. I even connected/disconnected from facebook....nothing shows up.  When I go to edit my screenname it flips to my separate personal account (diff screenname/email but often accessed on the same device). T.T

HELP!
