While I was listening to some music today, I noticed it suddenly stopped. I checked the application, and it said that it was playing on another device. I knew something was wrong, because I don't even own that device.
My natural assumption was that my facebook acocunt has been compromised, since I use that for login on Spotify. I went to facebook, changed my password and told facebook to sign out all existing sessions. I also revoked the persmissionas for Spotify to use Sign in with Facebook. I then when to Spotifys website, signed in with my new facebook password, gave Spotify permissions to use Facebook login again, and pressed the "Sign out on all devices" button. I noticed that my account subscription was changed to the family subscription, which I hadn't done myself, so I changed it back, and checked my payment history just in case it was done a while ago, but everything checks out, and in my payment history only payments for the regular Spotify Premium exists.
I then signed in on Spotify on my PC again, hoping to listen to some music, but now other devices are showing in my Devices list - devices that I do not own. Specifically a Playstation 4 named "PS4-078" and an iPhone named "Stevens iPhone".
I figured I've done just about everything I can to ensure nobody could be signed in to my account without my knowledge now, but it looks like something is still going on...
I've also checked my Facebook login history, and nothing seems out of the ordinary.
Am I the unfortunate victim of an error on Spotify, or was my account really compromised?
In any case, I would really like to regain full control over my Spotify account, and exclude any other users from using it...

Whoever was on the other end of the devices I could remote control, aparentely got tired of listening to Carly Rae Jepsen, which I was forcefeeding him through the remote control feature, seeing as he turned off Spotify on both his iPhone and on his PS4.
Still doesn't solve my problem though.
Found what I presume to be his original account, seeing as his name is Steve and he subscribed to a playlist from this user: spotify:user:stevenmnta
