Remove link to facebook

Oh no, somebody logged in with their facebook account on my computer to view their own playlist. But that linked my spotify premium account permanently to another ones facebook account. AND there is NO WAY to disassociate the two accounts. How on earth can I remove the facebook link?

The same thing has happened to me - when I log in through Facebook it logs me into the account of my old job, so our two accounts have merged. What advice as given to you?

I am having the same problem and I just sent an enquiry through your help page but the work email(ex work place) is going to receive the response as our accounts have merged. Help!
