Spotify Family - Change Country

Hi there,

 

I was wondering if someone could help me out.

I've been a spotify user for years now.

I've been sort of moving from one country to another over those last few years.

And it seems my spotify premium account I set up whilst in the UK.

I've moved back to Poland since, and I never really thought of changing my account to Poland, because I was a premium member anyways, so it was working fine.

Until today, I've decided to purchase the family package, so that I can share spotify premium with my girlfriend (yes! living at the same address).

So I've followed the instructions to change the country on my premium account.

Provided Polish credit card details.

And I got the family package alright, but can't invite my girlfriend, because it tells her that her account is set-up in a different country than mine.

Annoyingly when I look at my account overview it tells me my country is GB (even though the postcode just below is definitely Polish), and when I go into edit profile it says my country is Poland....

Also on the subscription page it tells me I'm paying in Polish currency.

I've attached screenshots.

 

Please can someone explain this to me!

Hi there,

Perhaps your most recent payment was from the old uk payment card. You have to wait until your next billing cycle so that the change of your country settings and your payment card can kick in. You can then re-invite your girlfriend to your subscription.
