Spotify account deleted

I previously had Spotify Premium. I accidentally cancelled the credit card, so my subscription also ended. I then moved to Australia for studies and was locked out of my account. Now, when I try to log back into the account, Spotify says that the account does not exist. However, when I try to create a new account and apply the student discount, it says that my information is already being used, even though the other account is apparently nonexistent. Is there a way to access my previous account as all my music is saved to it? I want to reactivate the premium.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
