Basically what's in the subject. I have to enter my credit card details again every single month. Is anyone else having this problem?

Are you getting any emails saying that we had a little trouble taking your payment? If so, can you make sure your card meets these requirements so it doesn't happen again?

Yes, I get an email every month, saying "Spotify Premium Betalingen mislyktes: Oppdater betalingsopplysningene dine i dag" (The Spotify Premium payment failed: Update your payment details today).
I go in and enter the same card every time without problem. But then after a month the same mail comes again the 5th of every month (except July for some reason).
How does this work? How do I find someone who can take a look at my account and help me with this?

I'd suggest to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.
