My account is an Italy account because I currently reside there but i travel frequently for my job. I tried to pay for an international account so I can use all the time but the account won't let me pay because my card is a US card. please help!

the "US card" you mention is that a spotify US gift card ? if you have the region problem because you log in in somewhere else , i suggest to download vpn application in your app store or google play and after download it u can choose to change location.

But if this didnt work i suggest you to make a new spotify account with a region that match ur gift card.

Not a gift card but my credit card 😞 it won't let me change the region to united states

ohh i see there , i think you should go to twitter and search for @spotifycares for spotify support . Just DM them and they will help you.

I tried that but it's only showing Italy as a country there is no drop down
