Upgraded to Student Premium and still on Free

Upgraded to Student Premium and still on Free

I upgraded to student premium and my account still says I am on the free subscription. My bank account has been charged, but I did not receive any receipts for this payment. I only have one Spotify account, I have logged back in and out of every device, and I also have sent in the help form.

Was your school verified? If not it may be on the process as you say you haven't received a receipt, they charge may be a verification charge and the funds will be available from 5-10 days depending on your bank, you can contact them to verify this. If this is not the case you can contact Spotify to help you with this issue.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
