Using Premium for Family

I signed up for Premium for Family and invited my family members but when they accept the invitation in the email it goes to the login screen and asks for username and password.  When we put in the family username and password it says we already have an account.  But if we all log in with the same username and password then we all can't listen at the same time.

Also, the email has a your invite code but there is nowhere to use it?

Spotify Family makes you able to have individual accounts, one master account and connecting sub accounts to the same payment plan. So have the other family members create a Free account and then invite them.
