Why does Discover recommend songs and albums that are not available on Spotify?

I have multiple instances of songs and albums that are recommended but when I opt to play them, I get a message that the track is not available. What is the point of recommending something that isn't available to play?

It appears annoyingly the discover algorithm to generate recommendations doesn't take into account the country the user account is in. Hopefully this can be fixed in a future update!
