Won A Free Premium Account, But Have Yet To Receive Activation Code

I won a free premium account via the Starbucks Frappuccino playlist banner earlier today and was told to activate my account once I received an email. I still haven't received the /email/code though and am now wondering if perhaps I typo'd my email address? I took a screenshot of the banner that said I had won though, if that helps at all?

The Starbucks Frapuccino offer was available from the 1st May 2016 to 15th May 2016 in the US only.
