Won't let me update payment

I need to update my payment information to continue spotify premium but everytime I try to enter a new credit card the page wont finish loading. I have tried this over 10 times and there is always a circle on the page because it wont finish loading. Has anyone else had this issue?

I am having the same issue. Every time I click on the update button, it will not load or do anything so I can change the credit card details. It just takes me right back to the same spot and is beyond frustrating because I dont want to lose my music and have no one to call to help. Please someone get back to me on this or help direct me to the appropriate person to help resolve this issue.
