I have 2 accounts on spotify. I'm getting billed for 2 but I only use the 1

How do I go in and check for other accounts that I might be using just to delete cause right now I'm being billed twice by spotify but I'm only using the one account associated with my email

Can't update my e-mail

My followers, following disappeared suddenly and also I lost my playlists..
