cancelled subscriotion - not cancelled!

i cancelled my subscription a few weeks ago as I could never sign on on my laptop or mobile. 2 days ago another 11.99 was taken from my account and my subscription seems to be reinstated.

 

i dont want the subscription, i want me money back please. i can never log on with an error message and im just over it.

 

Never any of these problems with Pandora. Please refund me.

Hey @lingoldbsy,

 

Are you paying through iTunes? If so, you need to check that your iTunes subscriptions Auto Renewal is off for Spotify.

 

Here are Apple's instructions on how to do it:

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you with your refund within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

Hello, I use the premium Spotify during 3 months for 0,99€ , them I cancel the subscription, but after that time was taken from my account 6,99€ in September and another 6,99€ in this month. I cancel the subscription, but it seems to be reinstated. Please veriyfy and refund that payment. I don't use the service, and could take profit in September for exemple, we where on vacation for Cape Verde, and could listen to Spotify , it said we don't have the activation of the premium account . I don't know what happens, so please refund us.

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and delete your payment info.
