resetting password don't work

Hello. I just made an spotify account but I cant log in to the spotify client. I think I might have written wrong password, so im trying to reset it to make a new one. the problem is that everytime im trying to reset the password i get an red error which reads : "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area" can someone please help me?

There appears to be an ongoing issue with the password reset system this weekend, the staff are aware of this issue. 

Richard posted an official announcement here about it, as well as instructions on what to do to get your password reset whilst the system is down.
