Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It's possible that you had failed payment attempts for a previous month and a payment was able to go through just recently (along with the regular monthly payment for November). I recommend checking your order history on the account page to see if you can find both receipts there.

 

If you find only the most recent one for Duo, ask your Duo member to check their own order history, as they might have accidentally subscribed on their own account while attempting to join the plan. It's also worth checking if you have any other Spotify accounts by following the steps in this article.
