Я не могу зайти в аккаунт чтобы поменять страну

Мне надо сменить страну , но чтобы её сменить надо зайти в Аккаунт. Я ввожу свои данные а оно все равно меня не пускает .

Currently you'll be able to change the country on your account only if you're physically in a new country. Note that if you've recently moved abroad your account might be locked if you haven't logged in for more than 14 days.
