In this type of case, we'd recommend trying to recover the Premium account first by trying the steps mentioned here. However, if you've tried already and you couldn't access it, since we don't have access to users' accounts on the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the account and help you further with the cancelation if necessary.
