£0.99 for 3 months has put multiple charges on my debit card

Hi, 

Like most, I saw the £0.99 offer for 3 months and swiftly went to create another account to grab the deal. It wouldn't go through and was getting payment decline messages on the first account I tried (this one) so I created a second but had the same issue. 

Defeated, I thought it would be wise to check my online statement just in case something was off. I've got five pending charges from the two accounts when they'd all been denied on Spotify. I contacted my bank to cancel the authorized payments but they said I had to contact Spotify, and neither account has premium 😞

Hi there, it's only possible to get the 0.99 for 3 months offer on an account that hasn't had a subscription before and with a payment method that hasn't been used to buy a Premium deal. The pending payments will go back into your bank account automatically soon, don't worry.
