It says that the provider is having a bad day, then bad gateway, and lastly the one that says I already have had premium or free premium, so it redirects me to the 9,99€ one, although I haven't used any free premiums nor had ever had premium membership. Help pls

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache then trying again.

if that doesn't work, try a different browser (I use firefox and it works fine).
