So...

I wanted to play 4 devices offline. I tried to add another Premium Accoun t($12.99 after "Free Month").  Instead, I now have the same account and I am being charged $9.99 for the original account and $12.99 for the "new" one. I cannot even find the Trial account to opt out. WTF Spotify??? 

 I do not have access to the billing info on my original  $9.99 Premium Account which I have had for more than a year! The "New" account says I have no billing info. Now I have no idea of my billng date...since the two "same accounts" have/had different dates.    PLEASE FIX THIS!! 

 

YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HAVE A PHONE CONTACT!

Hi Ranbotrout,

 

It looks like you have a second account which is linked to your Facebook.  If you login using your Facebook details, you will be able to access that Spotify account.  Please contact the support team via this link and they will help you merge the accounts.
